According to potential buyers of POSCO, the POSCO trading department informed that it will sell high-quality slabs and open for large-scale orders, with 40,000 to 50,000 tons.

POSCO said it is not yet sure how many slabs will be exported, as the mill is still estimating the losses. POSCO also asked the customer to provide the tonnage, grade, delivery month, and target price to be ordered.

As a result, it is reported that the company has received many inquiries from buyers, including European blast furnace-based steel manufacturers, which suffer from high energy costs.
