China’s steel manufacturer Shagang announced its new prices for October last Saturday (October 1).

According to the price announcement, the price of hot-rolled steel was kept flat, while the price of medium and heavy plates fell by CNY 100/ton.

Besides, for early October, the prices of Shagang’s rebar, coiled reinforced bar, high-speed wire products, and cold heading steel products were all kept unchanged.
