The European Commission has received a complaint submitted by Laminados Losal on September 30, 2022 that the imports of bulb flat from China and Turkey are being dumped and are thereby causing injury to the EU industry.

The product involved is non-alloy steel bulb flat with a width ranging up to 204 mm, classified under CN code ex 7216 50 91 (TARIC code 7216 50 91 10).

The period of investigation was from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022, and the injury assessment period was from January 1, 2019 to the end of the investigation period.

The investigation will be concluded within 13 months from the announcement date, and the period shall not be more than 14 months.
