According to the final result of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on stainless steel flanges from India, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that India’s exporters/producers of subject goods sell their products at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.

At the same time, the USDOC also found that Emerson Process Management (Emerson) and Echjay Forgings Private Limited (Echjay) made no shipments of subject products during the period of review.

Chandan Steel Limited (Chandan) and Goodluck India Limited (Goodluck), the two companies under the individual review, were assigned a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.65% and 50.72%, respectively. The dumping margin set on companies not selected for individual review is 13.22%.
