Rama Steel Tubes (RSTL), one of the leading manufacturers of steel pipes and tubes in India, announced that it had signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSW Steel Group.

According to the MoU, RSTL will purchase hot rolled coils (HRC) from JSW to manufacture steel tubes and pipes. The procurement volume would be 100,000 tons. Besides, RSTL will also distribute JSW Steel’s HRCs in the western region of the country.

RSTL indicated that the agreement made the company better manage its procurement and supply chain and improve its competitive raw material cost.
