According to data from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), In February, the US exported hot-dip galvanized (HDG) sheet and strip with around 121,000 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 9.8% but a year-on-year increase of 10.3%. Regarding export value, it reached US$169 million, decreasing by 9.1% month on month but growing by 14.6% year on year.

Specifically, Mexico was the main US HDG export destination, totaling about 65,000 tons. The followings were Canada (about 53,000 tons) and Belgium (about 1,300 tons).
