The shipping work, especially for export, was affected by Typhoon Gaemi last week. Therefore, the shipment, including billets, from China Steel Corporation (CSC) and Dragon Steel Corporation (DSC) was 62,000 tons less than the target in July, totaling 873,000 tons.

Among them, CSC shipped 621,000 tons, and DSC had 252,000 tons. Domestic sales accounted for 511,000 tons, and exports were 362,000 tons.

CSC said that the shipment in July was affected by Typhoon Gaemi from July 24 to 26 and the weekend of July 27 and 28, and the exporting shipment was less by around 50,000 tons in particular.
