There are residential areas such as Zhonghuan City Garden and Baishui New Village on both sides of Yinhu Road, where most of the residents are young and the occupancy rate is rising year by year. The street lights are not on at night, and the light is dim at night, which brings great inconvenience to residents' travel and also poses safety risks.

After receiving feedback from the masses about the night lighting problems of street lights, Shashi District, Jingzhou City took active actions and handed the problems over to the responsible units as soon as possible. Since May, Shashi District Urban Investment Company has organized professionals to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the municipal infrastructure of Jingzhou New City, including some damaged lines of Yuanlin Road, Hongmen Road, Xihu Road, Tianhu Road, Yinhu Road, and Qinghe Road. A total of 62 problems were found, and 36 street lights and lines were repaired. As of now, all lights on Yinhu Road, and the completeness and lighting rate of street lights on this section of the road have reached 100%.

There is no small matter in people's livelihood. Shashi District resolutely fought the "double optimization" battle, focused on improving the business environment, improving the quality of public services, and building Jingzhou New City, and worked hard to solve the people's "urgent, difficult, and anxious" problems, and continuously improve the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security, injecting strong momentum into Shashi's "further acceleration of demonstration zone construction, further breakthroughs in the top 100 districts, and further leading in high-quality development."
