In order to improve the quality of the urban environment and welcome the Asian Winter Games, the garden department of Daoli District, Harbin City continues to strengthen the daily management and maintenance of urban lighting facilities, insists on daily night inspections of parks and green space lighting landscapes, wipes surface dirt in time, repairs pole tilt, base damage, lamp detachment, broken and missing facilities, cable short circuits and other safety hazards, ensures that the integrity rate and lighting rate of Daoli District’s parks and green space facilities reach more than 98%, and extends the opening and closing time of landscape lighting as required. From July this year to date, the garden department of Daoli District has dispatched a total of 831 maintenance personnel and repaired 361 damaged lighting points.

At the zero-kilometer roundabout on the airport road, the lighting characters "The beauty of the north is in Heilongjiang" and "Harbin welcomes you" illuminate the road to the airport. The 10 lighting paintings on both sides of Yingbin Avenue that are being upgraded and incorporate elements of the Asian Winter Games and urban construction are expected to be unveiled soon, becoming a window to showcase Heilongjiang culture and hospitality.

Lively and lifelike lighting landscapes are also dotted along Youyi West Road. The lively jumping deer in the green space, the lighting nodes such as the Music Gallery, Eternal Voice, Flying Fish, Magnificent Chapter, Grain Harvest and Moonlight Stage in the Music Park, the lighting of the landscape wall of Youyi Road and the countdown board of the Asian Winter Games, the lighting of the People's Square building and the giant harp lighting landscape of the Friendship Park, these lighting landscapes full of urban characteristics and cultural significance are presented to people one by one.

As night falls, Daoli District Park is also lit up by bright lights, welcoming guests from all directions with a more gorgeous attitude, creating a strong atmosphere for the Asian Winter Games, and feeling the unique charm and vitality of Daoli District in the interweaving of light and shadow.
