The culvert under the Dadu River Bridge is a must-go for residents in the surrounding area, especially students of foreign language schools. Previously, the street lights at both ends of the bridge tunnel were seriously damaged and had not been repaired for a long time, resulting in prominent safety hazards for night travel. To improve this situation, Lvxin Street and Xiaoba Community actively coordinated caring enterprises to participate in the transformation through the "faster pace, higher efficiency, and better quality" theme practice activities, and strived to obtain funding from Leshan Foreign Language School for upgrading.

During the transformation process, the walls of the culvert were painted and beautified through micro-landscape transformation, and 22 LED light strips were installed to increase the brightness. In addition, the environment inside the cave was rectified to make the culvert more tidy and beautiful. The renovated culvert provides a safe travel environment for students and residents.
