Henan Steel Group has achieved a major domestic breakthrough by successfully using a 3,250 mm ultra-wide thin-arc continuous caster to continuously cast 20Mn23AlV high-manganese non-magnetic steel, achieving a slab width-to-thickness ratio exceeding 13 and completing multiple plate specifications in a single run. 

The first batch has been delivered, with surface quality and performance fully meeting customer requirements. 

This steel, a key material for power equipment, features ultra-low magnetic permeability, high strength, high toughness, and excellent machinability, effectively reducing stray losses and improving operational efficiency and stability. 

It is widely used in large transformer magnetic shielding, non-magnetic generator components, precision electronic instruments, power transformers, and aerospace applications.
