Jingye Group has successfully developed and mass-produced DC06 ultra-deep drawing steel, marking a significant breakthrough in its high-end cold-rolled steel capability for automotive panels, home appliance panels, and other precision manufacturing applications. 

As a premium cold-rolled deep drawing grade, DC06 offers excellent elongation, forming stability, and superior stamping performance, making it suitable for complex automotive structural parts and high-end appliance casings. 

Through full-process precision control and close cooperation between technical and production teams, Jingye achieved all required performance targets, including yield strength of 120-140 MPa, elongation above or equal to 42%, r-value above or equal to 2.0, and n-value above or equal to 0.22. 

The product also demonstrated excellent surface cleanliness and shape accuracy, fully meeting ultra-deep drawing requirements and gaining strong customer recognition.
