Covid-19 is reoccurring in China, so many cities in China have been on lockdown. The demand of steel markets should be high this quarter, however, the reoccurrence of Covid-19 might decrease the demand.

In the short term, China’s steel markets were expected to face high supply and low demands. The price of China’s steel markets will fluctuate. Long products, wire rods, and section steel prices were expected to decrease slightly, and steel pipes prices would increase.
